Executive Assistant for a Marketing Agency (United States) [CLOSED]

Our marketing agency manages campaigns for ecommerce brands in the United States and Europe. We need someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, highly organised and problem-solving to do executive assistant work for our agency. This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills and take on more responsibility as we grow.

Full support will be provided when you first start working with us, including our training program for everything we do. Strong written English skills are required, including understanding of American conversational skills and email communication norms.

You must be fluent in English and available full-time (40 hours per week).

Tasks include:

  1. Working with our CEO on marketing campaigns

  2. Creating email campaigns

  3. Managing our webinar software

  4. Creating assets in Canva

  5. Research event guests

  6. Research content partnerships

  7. Managing our LinkedIn account

  8. Email writing

  9. Email follow-up

  10. Reporting on success of campaigns

ABOUT YOU

You must be:

  • Extremely organised – There are hundreds of tasks involved in running a successful marketing agency and you’ll need to be able to manage all of these tasks and make sure nothing gets missed

  • Hard-working – Our we need the work done quickly

  • Intelligent and good at figuring things out – There are lots of problems to solve

  • Eager to learn - We will provide training

  • Excellent at written and spoken English required

  • Available to work at least 4 hours of your working day between 9am and 5pm Boston time (eastern time zone in the United States)

After this we’ll schedule a video call to say hello and meet face to face. Just a light introduction where you can ask any initial questions you have and I can explain the next stages.

The next stage will be a paid test task where we give you a chance to show us your skills. You’ll be paid for your time, we don’t work for free and we wouldn’t expect you to either.

Finally there’ll be an interview where we can talk in more detail together about your future working with us.
