The company is currently looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join their team.

Within this role, you will:

• Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals
• Identify relevant existing customer segments and prepare a plan to re-engage
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Develop email and SMS marketing stack using various approaches like post-order engagement, relevant offers, and personalized product recommendations
• Analyse campaign performance and report on sales revenue generated from email and SMS marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices including GDPR compliance
• Maintain a low unsubscribe rate
• Work with other digital marketing platform teams to devise a blended strategy to increase acquisition and CLTV
• Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), and you have the flexibility to create your own schedule, as long as you have 4 hours of overlap (10 AM - 2 PM GMT), or depending on the events planned.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Proficiency in marketing automation technology via Klaviyo
• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing and 1+ year in using Klaviyo as a tool
• Experience in working with customer segmentation
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools i.e., GA
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

The salary for this position ranges between $3000 - $4500* per month, and the benefits will be discussed directly with the employer.
