eCommerce Specialist [CLOSED]

Sencha Naturals is a B Corp located in Monterey Park, CA. We develop innovative products centred around matcha. Our second company 360 Nutrition focuses on trending nutritional products that provide an everyday value (as we like to say, our products are developed by formulators, not influencers). We’re a small team with a friendly, family-focused work environment.

With a dedicated team of 30-40 individuals, including 10 core office members and 30 skilled production experts with our own in-house product development facility.

As an eCommerce Specialist at Sencha Naturals, the goal is to support marketing initiatives from our brand managers. This will include executing marketing initiatives that include migrating consumers from Amazon to Shopify, migrating in-store consumers to Shopify and overall maintenance of Shopify accounts.

🌐 Manage and continuously optimize two Shopify eCommerce websites.

🚀 Foster collaboration with Sales, Brand, and Design teams for new product launches.

📊 Perform daily maintenance and monitoring of product listings for accuracy and performance.

💡 Implement strategies to optimize website conversion rates.

🏗️ Create and maintain functional web pages.

💰 Develop and execute PPC advertising campaigns.

🔍 Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.

The role is full-time, and the team operates on Pacific Standard Time (8:30 AM to 5 PM PST). The schedule offers flexibility, with a preference for a 2-3 hour overlap with the team to facilitate real-time communication when necessary. It's not required to have this overlap on a daily basis; two times a week would be adequate for recurring meetings.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 3+ years of experience in eCommerce businesses

✅ Mastery of Shopify

✅ Working knowledge of PPC marketing

✅ Keen interest in marketing
