Right now, Moose Brands is looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist to join its team.

As the new eCommerce Operation Specialist, you will:

• Take care of day-to-day operations of the business
• Keep projects & experiments on track
• Oversee work done by different parties
• Independently perform tasks and projects assigned and deliver satisfactory results
• Manage/Oversee logistics
• Suggest improvements to the business
• Take care of other related tasks

During the first few weeks, you will get to know the business while starting to assume responsibilities and ownership of different tasks, with full support from the CEO (Zalman) and the General Manager (Juan).

This is a full-time position, with some flexibility when it comes to working hours. You will be expected to work 8 hours per day, but there is no need to work specific hours, as long as you are available to participate in scheduled meetings.

Does this sound like a role for you? Ideally, you have the following:

• Experience in an Amazon business and/or eCommerce business
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and international trade
• Background in tech-related projects
• Excellent English skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack

To be successful in this role, you also need:

Integrity → You are a good fit if you can be honest with your team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to a small team. If you can't hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

Commitment → The company has previously hired freelancers, but we are now looking for someone loyal looking for a long-term work position. This is not for you if you're just looking for a few months of work.

Desire to learn → You need to be open to learning new skills and taking on new projects and figuring things out as you go. If you are not excited about improving your skills and trying other writings outside of descriptions, this is not for you.

On top of this, you need to be self-driven, imaginative & able to think outside the box. This role is perfect for someone who is willing to take initiative and work independently to solve problems, with the ability to identify areas of improvement. You also need to be an excellent communicator and able to manage several VAs, keeping track of tasks and projects.
