About the role

As an Omni Channel Marketing Manager specializing in international and multichannel expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that support the company's growth objectives. You will be in charge of expanding the company's presence in international marketplaces (Amazon UK, DE, PAN-EU) and other e-commerce channels such as Shopify, Walmart, Target, and others.

You will analyze the opportunity to expand in each marketplace on a per-brand/product basis. Prioritizing which products to work on and executing accordingly.

You will research and determine which tools are best to support and achieve our goals. There will be revenue and profit goals set before a project begins on each marketplace.

You will also initiate the process of expanding internationally, submitting any required forms or legal information, as well as handling customs and product restrictions so the company is legally and coherently established in each country of sale.

Monitoring of these marketplaces will include optimizing listings properly, getting translations done if needed, making sure price is set up properly to support margin goals, etc.

About you


  • 2+ years of eCommerce experience
  • Experience with Amazon FBA is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Capacity to effectively plan complex long term projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Having gone through an expansion campaign is a plus
  • An understanding of the supply chain in order to manage stock [although support will be provided here]
  • Previous exposure to international rules and regulations and how to navigate them
