Discount Lots is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join them and help manage a team that will revamp all the properties owned by Discount Lots on all platforms, ensuring they are updated in a timely manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1️⃣Managing and overseeing the end-to-end process of Property Listing Creation

2️⃣Revamping the Properties on all Platforms (Website, MLS, Land.com, etc.)

3️⃣Aligning the inventory goals of the Dispositions Team, Revamp Team, and Marketing Team

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Manage the Property Listing Revamp Team
  • Consolidate all assets needed for all Listings (Website, MLS, Land.com)
  • Actively search for, negotiate, and manage drone photographers and drone assets
  • Create listings on land.com and continuously monitor performance
  • Spearhead the listing creation process of all new and upcoming inventory
  • Manage all Properties in Salesforce
  • Be responsible for Data & File Management
  • Be responsible for Organisation & Quality Assurance, as well as Copy & Creatives
  • Serve as a liaison for the Admin Team, Developers, Dispositions Team, and Self-Closing & Title-Closing Team, and Listing Revamp Team
  • Report directly to the Marketing Manager

A 3-week to a month training period will be provided to familiarise you with the inventory architecture of Discount Lots (Website Listings - Available, Hold, Sold, Dump / MLS Listings, land.com Listings). You will also get to know the listing revamp team (VAs, animators, copywriters, graphic designers, and drone photographers) and start updating the old inventory to the newest layout. In your first weeks, you will also hire drone photographers and assign new properties, and manage both the Listing Assets Master sheet and the Properties in Salesforce.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3 years of experience in handling a mix of E-commerce Websites and Marketing
  • Agency and CRO experience i.e. landing page optimisations, split testing and overall process management
  • Experience in the real-estate e-commerce and/or vacant land-selling industry and/or property management
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Salesforce, WordPress/Woocommerce, Asana, Slack
  • The ability to manage people on a daily basis and ensure their deliverables are submitted on time and meet the standard quality
  • Experience training Assistant Listing Managers
  • Ability to attend regular meetings as necessary
  • Strong organisational and data filing skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Strong communication and responsiveness

Brownie points for:

  • Experience in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing
  • Creative mindset
  • Experience in the real-estate e-commerce and/or vacant land-selling industry and/or property management

What’s in it for you?

  • Monthly salary of $1500-$2500*
  • Full-time & fully remote position
  • Working hours with a mandatory crossover for at least 4 hours with US EST between 10 AM and 1 PM
  • Working schedule is 8 hours per day 5 business days per week
  • 10 paid days off per annum
  • Opportunities for promotion to a more senior role, such as team lead and management
