Unlike ready-made formulas relabelled by other brands, Toniiq engages directly in the sourcing and formulation process, providing customised formulas and ensuring transparency in their practices.

In recent years, Toniiq has experienced significant success and growth, becoming a leading player in the industry with a 10x increase in business. Their products, best-sellers on platforms like Amazon, reflect the high demand and consistent customer satisfaction they provide.

Every Toniiq product is sourced and formulated in-house, maintaining a direct-to-consumer approach to eliminate unnecessary costs. With over 50 collective years of industry experience, they rely on word-of-mouth, selling over 2 million bottles in 30+ countries since 2020.

Looking ahead, Toniiq remains focused on innovation and expansion, launching new products to meet evolving customer needs. To build customer trust, they introduced a third-party testing verification programme, ensuring rigorous testing for all products.

Toniiq's team of around 25 remote individuals worldwide, with two-thirds dedicated to supply chain and operations, manages a complex network of processes due to the customised nature of Toniiq's products. The remaining team members contribute to various areas, including finance and marketing. The marketing department focuses on data-driven strategies for platforms like Amazon.

As an eCommerce Conversion Optimiser, your main goal is to improve how well products sell on Amazon. You'll do this by carefully organising and improving companyโ€™s product listings. This role is crucial for making sure their products grab attention, bring in more customers, and ultimately boost sales, making them more competitive in the market.

Key responsibilities:

๐Ÿงพ Keeping an eye on how well products and keywords are doing in terms of attracting customers.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Trying out different strategies and campaigns to make sure conversion rates are better than competitors'.

๐Ÿ“‘ Always testing and improving how products are presented online.

๐Ÿ’ผ Checking out what competitors are doing with their listings.

๐Ÿ“Š Using tools like Intellivy to make product images look better and sell more.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Having a say in how product images are managed and shown.

Working Hours โฐ: Full-time. Ideally, you'll work in the EST time zone, but at the very least, you need to be available between 9 am - 3 pm EST.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

โœ… Solid experience in handling images and running tests to boost conversion rates, especially for substantial Amazon sellers, preferably in the seven to eight-figure bracket.

โœ… Candidates should have proven skills in improving conversion rates across entire product listings and a sharp ability to research and pinpoint the best product images.

โœ… You should be good at spotting conversion rate opportunities, comparing them with the competition, and efficiently running tests to gather vital data for improvement.

As the Ideal Candidate, you should be:

โœ… Outstanding at analysing things, with a sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of the subtleties of visual content.

โœ… Your knack for prioritising and focusing on the most impactful tasks will be crucial in successfully carrying out split tests and optimising product images.

โœ… You must show a proactive and adaptable approach in your work, always on the lookout for new opportunities to enhance conversion rates and stay competitive on the Amazon Marketplace.

โœ… Being collaborative and communicative is a must, as you'll work closely with different teams to ensure the success of product launches and sustained product performance.

Brownie Points for:

โœ… Knowing your way around Photoshop and the ability to create top-notch images.

โœ… If you have extensive experience in graphic design, that would be a big plus for this role.

โœ… Experience with 3D renders and video would also be a significant advantage.
