EverStretch manufactures and sells small flexibility training equipment, with the goal of helping their customers perform better and feel amazing. Along with creating the best products and content, the company also assists their customers with the implementation of the products in their workout routines.

As a remote company, EverStretch offers a lot of freedom and flexibility to its team members. You will have full ownership of your working hours, as long as you coordinate your responsibilities well and make sure the tasks are taken care of.

At the moment, EverStretch is looking for an eCommerce & Amazon Operations Specialist who will optimise Amazon and take care of Shopify, with the possibility of expanding and coordinating future leadership teams.

Within this role, you will optimise EverStretch's presence on Amazon by improving traffic and conversion rate within the US and the EU markets, and grow other channels and the business in general through your preferred creative methods.

Within this role, you will:

• Work with the brand and the products to identify what drives product sales
• Work with the company's Amazon account to learn more about the product categories, and research competitors and their offers
• Improve Amazon sales and test different methods to impact traffic and conversion

During the first few weeks, you will learn more about the brand and the products and get familiar with the competitors and their offers. You will have access to high-level courses to learn how to make products do well on Amazon and what techniques can be used to impact traffic and conversion. After the initial onboarding, the management will expect you to work independently and manage your own workload by identifying the main constraints, setting goals, creating plans, and executing them. If you are more comfortable to work from existing SOP's this job might not be a good fit for you; you will be the person creating the SOP's.

EverStrech is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take initiative and get things done. You will be expected to take the necessary steps to do what you say you're going to do and be accountable for your actions. In other words: live above the line.

In order to excel in this role, you need:

• Previous eCommerce and/or Amazon experience
• Ability to solve problems in a resourceful practical way
• Excellent research skills and the ability to navigate the internet to find useful resources
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to form your own opinion by examining different resources about a topic
• Ability to see the big picture and keep a bird’s eye view of the company
• Good work ethic; you are reliable and able to set goals, make plans, and execute them to get things done
• Autonomy; you are able to work independently and take initiative to achieve the best results
• Willingness to focus solely on this role; you are happy to commit only to this role without wanting to work another remote job
• Affinity to sports and the ability to relate to the target market of EverStretch

Bonus points for:

• Previous PPC experience e.g. Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.
• Experience with product sourcing
• Basic SEO knowledge/experience (i.e. keyword research, basic metrics such as impressions, CTR, pageviews, sessions, exact-phrase & broad-march types, etc.)

The ideal candidate is somebody savvy and resourceful, who is able to solve problems in a practical way and who is able to set goals, make plans and execute them to get things done. You also need excellent communication skills and can’t be afraid to follow up relentlessly to get all the information you need to do your job.

• Monthly salary of $2000 - $3000* per month depending on the previous experience and fit with the company
