E-Commerce Specialist [CLOSED]

Full Time 1800.00 - 2220.00 USD Type: Monthly

The Hawker’s Club was founded by Ex-Amazonians Peter Beke and Hannah Blackburn in 2018. Following their Amazon tenures, they both believed that they could offer more value to sellers and vendors outside of Amazon by tailoring the service to what vendors and sellers found most challenging.

The focus of The Hawker’s Club is to undertake the vendor or seller eCommerce journey along with its clients’ marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair and Walmart increasingly expecting vendors and sellers to take on more and more traditional retail side responsibilities such as customer service, operational and marketing load. Peter and Hannah, therefore, focus on helping businesses both adopt and thrive in this environment.

They worked with some of the largest brands in several niches, such as the #1 pet supply brand in the US, the #1 garden decor brand, etc. They are one of the few agencies focusing on Vendor Central and overall business advisory versus catalogue/SEO. They are also the preferred partners of BWG Strategy, the largest eCommerce executive network in the US.

Are you keen to make a significant impact in the ever-evolving world of e-commerce?

Are you seeking a role where you can directly contribute to the growth and profits of a business?

If so, then this E-commerce Specialist position might just be the role you've been waiting for.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping The Hawker’s Club carry out a multitude of tasks across key marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Your hands-on contributions will directly fuel the business's growth, optimising its clients' profits.

The ideal candidate is a person brimming with ambition, proactive by nature, organised in their approach, and a team worker at heart. You will need to communicate effectively with the brand manager and the clients, providing clear and accurate reports on progress.

Therefore, to truly succeed in your role, you need to have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the e-commerce field.
  • Mastery of Excel & Google Sheets, including basic formula manipulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting to the brand manager and clients.
  • A proactive attitude to independently manage and prioritise tasks.
  • The ability to thrive in a team setting, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work culture.

Nice to haves (but not essential):
