As an E-Commerce Operations Assistant, the purpose is to be the go-to person for all company’s E-Commerce projects, getting hands-on to make things happen. You'll be receiving tasks from clients or account managers, and your job is to follow the company procedures to get those tasks done.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Helping out different teams by managing E-Commerce online portals.

📦 Keeping data up to date.

📑 Creating reports and solving problems.

💼 Offering great customer service.

📊 Making data sheets.

🗓️ Studying brands.

🧾 Understanding KPIs.

📦 Using analytics software.

📑 Researching products.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time. Since most of the clients are in the US, your work hours will be from 7 am to 3 pm CST. This way, the company stays as close as possible to clients’ time zone while giving you a balanced workday.
