As an E-Commerce Operations Assistant, the purpose is to be the go-to person for all company’s E-Commerce projects, getting hands-on to make things happen. You'll be receiving tasks from clients or account managers, and your job is to follow the company procedures to get those tasks done.
Key responsibilities:
๐งพ Helping out different teams by managing E-Commerce online portals.
๐ฆ Keeping data up to date.
๐ Creating reports and solving problems.
๐ผ Offering great customer service.
๐ Making data sheets.

๐งพ Understanding KPIs.
๐ฆ Using analytics software.
๐ Researching products.
Working Hours โฐ: Full time. Since most of the clients are in the US, your work hours will be from 7 am to 3 pm CST. This way, the company stays as close as possible to clients’ time zone while giving you a balanced workday.
