We need an E-commerce Customer Support Representative for our brand Brave Nurses
The mission of our brand is to help Nurses be more effective in their shifts, work pain-free and give back to their help.

* Can start immediately.
* Available to work 8 hours/day and 5 days a week
What you will do:
- Answer customer support emails and messages
- Moderate Social Media Pages (Reply to comments, engage with customers)
- Fulfill Orders and send it to supplier
- Work with supplier
- Handle disputes, chargebacks and refunds
- Track daily Profit And Loss (Very easy, training provided on it)

The salary is negotiable and there are opportunities to increase it over time depending on quality of work.
And, there are also big quarterly bonuses depending on how well the business has done, which can range from as little as $250 to up to $1000.
