About the role

We're looking someone special to join our team is Carolina is preparing for maternity leave later this year! So we need someone to take over her responsibilities taking care of client success, providing great communication with our teams, clients and vendors, and overseeing the full range of digital projects. As a small agency at the foreront of marketing automation and AI, you'll be helping Francis to manage and grow agency whilst she's away, but will continue in the role even after she returns, as her primary focus is going to be on motherhood! So we need someone to step in, take the reins and grow with our business.

This is an ongoing role, not just maternity cover. We're looking for someone super organised, with great communication skills and attention to detail.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing client accounts
• Commissioning projects (copywriting, websites, marketing campaigns) and managing vendors
• Managing Virtual assistants
• Campaign Reporting
• Client Support
• Email marketing, sales funnels, social media marketing

Tools we use:

• Asana, basecamp (Projet Management)
• Slack
• Zendesk
• High Level CRM
• Zapier, Pabbly
• ChatGPT (and soon, lots of other AI tools)
• Canva
• Wordpress

Don't worry if you know some of these tools but not all…Tools and software are changing rapidly, and we're more interested in someone with an eagerness and aptitude to learn, and we're investing heavily into knowledge, resources and learning about AI in marketing. Get ready for the revolution…it's already here!

This role is great for people who are experienced in marketing and project management, perhaps with corporate experience, but you have family commitments to juggle and value your flexibility and time. You want to avoid the stress and pressure of a demanding office environment but are still looking to grow you skills and career in a part time capacity.

The ideal candidate will become a long-term, valued member of our remote team.

About you

Requirements:

• Excellent command of written English
• Daily, part-time availability on GMT (UK)
• Clear and concise communication
• Ability to jump on Zoom calls with clients, document requirements and respond to issues
• Proactive thinking
• Responsive and helpful
• 2+ year working in project management.
• 2+ year working in digital marketing
• Solid understanding of Websites, SEO, Social Media and Paid Ads
• Be a fast learner and able to understand and implement new concepts quickly and correctly.
