About the role

We're looking for someone special due to a magical milestone in Anne's life:  She's pregnant and preparing for maternity leave later this year.  Thus she needs someone trusted and competent to help manage and grow her agency whilst she's away becoming a mother - and to serve as her right-hand assistant after she returns to work.

You'll be working both with Anne and her husband, Brian, who runs his own digital marketing fund called SpreadGreatIdeas.com.  

This is an ongoing role both during and after Anne's pregnancy leave.

The tasks you'll be working on:

• Facebook ads
• Sales funnels
• Content marketing
• Email marketing
• Social media marketing
• Customer support

You need to have experience with digital marketing and project management.  

The tools we use include:

• Canva
• Slack
• Squarespace
• ActiveCampaign
• Calendly
• Instagram
• Zapier
• Ahrefs

Are you now thinking: 'I know a few, but not all of them?!' No problem. We are particularly looking for someone who is eager to learn and ambitious enough to master the processes and tools.

This is a 2-in-1 role: You'll be handling digital marketing and project management tasks under the auspices of both Anne and Brian.

About you

Requirements:

• Excellent command of written Dutch.
• Good command of written and spoken English (B1 or higher).
• Daily, part-time availability on CET time.
• Clear writing style.
• Eager-to-learn, very responsible and independent.
• 1+ year working in project management.
• 1+ year working in digital marketing, specifically SEO and/or paid marketing.

• Eager to learn.
• Customer oriented.
• Solution-oriented.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Independent, gets shit done & takes ownership.
