GOA Skincare team is looking for their next key team member -- a Digital Marketing Manager to generate, prioritise and execute ideas for digital marketing growth experiments to drive revenue.

More specifically, you will:

• Run marketing experiments to learn more about GOA’s customers and ultimately improve KPIs over a span of time and allow GOA to scale further
• This can include testing ad creatives, CRO experiments, email/SMS flow and campaign experiments, and any other DM experiments
• Generate and prioritise ideas, and ensure that they are executed
• You can either execute the ideas yourself or allocate budget towards outsourcing/hiring & delegate tasks; however, you will take ownership of the whole process and be responsible for delivering successful results
• You will be given a budget which will increase as GOA grows, and you will have the freedom to manage it on your own
• Report to and Interact with Jack, the Head of Growth and the co-founder, and the wider team

Once you join the team, you will learn about the business model and the current systems as well as their current understanding on how best to reach customers. However, you will have the freedom to set up the processes however you see fit.

There is no micromanagement and working things out for you. However, you will be supported and allowed to develop to achieve ambitious goals. GOA Skincare management team regularly pays consultants and coaches to shorten the learning curve, and you will be able to manage your budget and spend on the things you see fit.

The GOA Skincare team is looking for an experienced and creative marketer who can have a massive impact on growth through idea generation, prioritisation and execution of experiments. Therefore, in order to excel as GOA Skincare’s Digital Marketing Manager, you need to have:

• Proven track record of successful marketing strategies in D2C paid social media context
• Management experience and good management/coordination skills
• Eagerness to work in a customer-centric environment and make an impact on real people
• Ability to both manage and execute marketing experiments
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate impactful ideas
• Ability to prioritise and focus on what matters
• Curious and analytical personality
• Near-native level of written and spoken English
• Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and accountability

Brownie points for:

• Previous experience leading teams
• Experience with creative strategy
• CRO experience
• Email marketing and SMS experience
• Experience with media buying, especially on Facebook
• The experience with/knowledge of the scientific process of growth
