As a Customer Support Technician, the purpose is to ensure clients feel heard, supported, and valued throughout their journey with the company. This pivotal role involves being the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and technical support while building strong relationships. Your contributions play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience, directly impacting satisfaction, retention, and the success of SalesRook's AI-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities:
π§Ύ Being the primary point of contact for software clients, offering exceptional customer support and technical assistance.
π¦ Cultivating and sustaining genuine, meaningful relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
π Troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer queries, and guiding them in effectively using the company's AI-driven solutions.
πΌ Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, upholding high organisational standards, and potentially utilising project management tools like ClickUp.
π Developing and managing a library of technical training resources, occasionally conducting onboarding sessions for new customers.
ποΈ Collaborating with the team to identify and implement creative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
π§Ύ Serving as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their feedback and needs are promptly addressed.

Working Hours β°: Full time, typically aligned with the UK time zone, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an hour for lunch. However, the position allows flexibility in work hours, accommodating the remote nature of the role and potentially the different time zones of team members.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
β Go High Level Experience OR experience in HubSpot or ClickUp
β Technical aptitude, the ability to quickly grasp the usage of apps, software, and AI-driven solutions.
β Proficient communication skills through channels such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and email.
β Efficient task management and prioritisation capabilities.
β Skill in developing and organising technical training resources, conducting onboarding sessions.
β Willingness to collaborate with others to enhance customer experiences.
β Background in customer support or a similar role within a tech or SaaS company.
β Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence.
