Client Support & Project Manager [CLOSED]

Rialto Marketing is a growing marketing company based in Denver, CO USA.  We are in need of a full-time client support & project manager( 40 hours a week) to help out with a number of daily tasks. You will be the first point of contact for client support requests and project management.  Below is a brief description of what we are looking for. 

Required skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Fluent in English is a must. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

  • Teachable and able to follow directions.

  • Think outside the box and take initiative.

  • We value your contribution. Speak up if you think we can improve something.

  • Ethical and trustworthy.

  • Learn new skills rapidly.

  • Comfortable working with Gmail and Google Drive.

  • A general understanding of marketing including website design, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC is a plus.

  • Strong system and process creating skills.

  • Project management and customer support experience is a plus.

What you will do to start:

  • Manage client support requests.

  • Oversee client onboarding and project management.

  • Other assorted client support tasks.

Required Office Equipment:

  • Computer w/ camera & mic (we will talk via Zoom on a regular basis).

  • Stable, high-speed internet connection

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 4am-1pm Mountain Standard Time (with a one hour lunch). We need you during at least part of our work hours.

  • Ability to accept payments via PayPal.
