Responsibilities:
1. Communication:
• Manage our chats on platforms like Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp. Make sure all questions get answered, and no one feels left out.
2. New Client Onboarding:
• Guide clients through the onboarding process and be their point of contact for all things LDX.
• Collaborate with our media buying team to gather essential info from our new clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are continually met and to address any emerging questions or concerns.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that follow-up actions are taken based on client interactions.
3. Organize:
• Keep track of our conversations and ensure our communication is smooth.
• Ensure alignment with the client's messaging and marketing goals.
4. Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the team to collect information and materials needed for onboarding.
• Fill the gap of communication between clients and our media buying team for the best experience.
5. Client Education:
• Provide clients with guidance on our services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what to expect during onboarding and beyond.
6. Feedback Collection:
• Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences, concerns, and suggestions.
7. Crisis Management:
• Act as a point of contact for clients during critical situations, managing communications and coordinating with internal teams to address and resolve issues effectively (during weekends if needed).
• Provide support and reassurance to clients during challenging periods, ensuring a positive client experience.
