Transilvania Selling Machine is currently seeking a C# Developer with SQL experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and writing C# programs (Windows Services and IIS Web Services) in .NET 5, and will be comfortable working in a distributed server environment with centralized services.
In this role, you will be responsible for self-managing your work, taking over user stories according to their priority from the task board. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any production problems that may arise, and documenting your work. In addition, you will support our QA Testers and Operations team as needed.
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Degree in software/system engineering, software architecture, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering or similar
- At least 1 year of experience as a professional C# Developer (Web services) using .NET
- Strong experience with SQL, preferably MS SQL Server, for writing queries and optimizing existing code
- Experience with Dependency Injection, Docker, and Queue Architectures
- Knowledge of versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and CVS
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- Speaking the German language is a big advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
