• Amazon Item Setup & Maintenance: Ensure our product listings are not only live but thriving and accurate.
• Product Content Management: Craft and curate content that speaks to our audience and adheres to Amazon’s guidelines.
• Support Case Management: Navigate through support cases, ensuring resolution and maintaining seller reputation.
• Customer Challenge Resolution: Be the hero our customers need when challenges arise, providing solutions and maintaining brand integrity.
• Product Monitoring & Data Analysis: Keep a keen eye on our product listings, diving into data and deriving insights to enhance performance.
• Inventory & Fulfilment Coordination: Ensure our products are stocked and orders are fulfilled smoothly.
• Special Projects & Amazon Order Management: Lead and assist in projects and manage orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Launching New Products: Spearhead the launch of new products, ensuring listings are optimised and visible.
• Enhancing Existing Listings: Work on improving our current product listings for better performance and customer experience.
• Managing Customer Interactions: Ensure customer queries and reviews are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.

• Understanding the Portfolio: Dive into our product range to understand the unique selling points of each item.
• Analysing Current Listings: Evaluate the current status of our Amazon listings and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Integration: Get to know our vibrant team, understand our working style, and align with our goals and mission.
• Developing an Action Plan: Formulate a strategy for enhancing our Amazon presence, considering both short-term and long-term objectives.

Working Hours ⏰:

• Full time
• 8-hour shift, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard Time (U.S.A.)
• Occasional weekend requests (30-60 minutes per month)
• At least 6 hours/day during the team's office hours
