Sencha Naturals is a B Corp located in Monterey Park, CA. We develop innovative products centered around matcha. Our second company 360 Nutrition focuses on trending nutritional products that provide an everyday value (as we like to say, our products are developed by formulators, not influencers). We’re a small team with a friendly, family focused work environment.
With a dedicated team of 30-40 individuals, including 10 core office members and 30 skilled production experts with our own in house product development facility.
As an Amazon PPC Specialist at Sencha Naturals, your main focus will be to take charge of all things related to Amazon PPC and contribute to the growth of the brand. You will manage 2 Amazon Seller Central accounts, working directly with the company’s internal operations, production, logistics, and shipping team members to ensure healthy stock levels for all products.
This means that you'll not only handle PPC campaigns but also collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure the company has the right inventory levels. Additionally, you'll manage the PPC marketing spend and all other promotional opportunities in relation to Amazon Seller Central. One more exciting aspect of this role is that you'll have the opportunity to bring all Amazon operations in-house, as this is currently outsourced.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
📦 Managing FBA Inventory
📊 Listing Optimization
🔍 Keyword Research & PPC (Marketing) Campaign Management
✍️ Content Writing
📈 Trend Spotting
📅 Dealing with day-to-day Account Management (stranded inventory, customer service, listing splitting)
💰 Reimbursements
The role is full-time, and the team operates on Pacific Standard Time (8:30 AM to 5 PM PST). The schedule offers flexibility, with a preference for a 2-3 hour overlap with the team to facilitate real-time communication when necessary. It's not required to have this overlap on a daily basis; two times a week would be adequate for recurring meetings.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Experience with Amazon PPC of at least 20k per month in ad spend
✅ Experience in inventory management
✅ Keyword research & copywriting skills
✅ Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central
