Founded in Michigan in 2013, Toniiq set out to challenge the prevalent white-labeling model dominating the supplement industry. Unlike ready-made formulas relabelled by other brands, Toniiq engages directly in the sourcing and formulation process, providing customised formulas and ensuring transparency in their practices.

Customers choose Toniiq for their commitment to well-being, personalised formulas, and transparent sourcing and manufacturing practices. They aim to challenge the status quo, offering superior supplement options that truly make a difference.

In recent years, Toniiq has experienced significant success and growth, becoming a leading player in the industry with a 10x increase in business. Their products, best-sellers on platforms like Amazon, reflect the high demand and consistent customer satisfaction they provide.

Every Toniiq product is sourced and formulated in-house, maintaining a direct-to-consumer approach to eliminate unnecessary costs. With over 50 collective years of industry experience, they rely on word-of-mouth, selling over 2 million bottles in 30+ countries since 2020.

Looking ahead, Toniiq remains focused on innovation and expansion, launching new products to meet evolving customer needs. To build customer trust, they introduced a third-party testing verification programme, ensuring rigorous testing for all products.

Toniiq's team of around 25 remote individuals worldwide, with two-thirds dedicated to supply chain and operations, manages a complex network of processes due to the customised nature of Toniiq's products. The remaining team members contribute to various areas, including finance and marketing. The marketing department focuses on data-driven strategies for platforms like Amazon.

As an Amazon Launch Manager, the purpose is to oversee and ensure the successful launch of new products on Amazon, as well as relaunches of older products, and managing existing products to ensure they maintain and grow market share.

πŸ“Š Collaborating with the PPC and conversion teams to guarantee a cohesive and successful approach to product launches and maintenance.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, ideally within the hours of 9-5 EST.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

βœ… A strong track record of successfully executing and managing product launches with a diverse set of strategies.

βœ… Comprehensive knowledge of the latest launch tactics, an in-depth understanding of PPC integration, and experience in driving external traffic to launches.

βœ… The ability to effectively manage a large product catalogue and maintain market share.

βœ… A keen insight into conversion rate optimization and be proficient in implementing new and innovative strategies to drive consistent success in product launches.
