About the company

We are an established company in the Amazon US marketplace,  seeking an experienced Amazon Operational Manager to lead and enhance our diverse range of brands. The ideal candidate will manage a team of virtual assistants and should be adept at delegating tasks, making informed decisions, and ensuring task completion.

• E-Commerce Platform Expansion: Amazon's been great to us, but we're ready to spread our wings into Shopif. We need you to lead the charge, figuring out the best moves and getting the right folks on board to make it happen smoothly.
• Making SOPs Cool Again: We're all about making things clear and easy to follow, so everyone knows what's what. You'll whip up some top-notch Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Amazon, Shopify, and any other platforms we dive into, using all the cool insights from webinars and masterminds we have access to.
• ClickUp Wizardry: ClickUp's going to be your best friend. It's where the magic happens for managing our projects and making sure we're all on the same page. We're talking about organizing, tracking, and basically running the show with it for all our e-commerce ops tasks.
• Team Vibes: Finding and leading a team that can juggle Amazon, Shopify, and more isn't small potatoes. We need you to find the gems, train them up, and create a vibe where everyone's growing and smashing their goals.
• Strategize Like a Boss: Every platform's got its own playbook. We want you to keep us ahead of the game with strategies that make us stand out on Amazon, Shopify, and wherever else we set up shop.
• KPIs and All That Jazz: What's working? What's not? Your job includes diving into the data, tweaking our plans, and making sure we're hitting our marks across all platforms.
• Keeping It Together with ClickUp: With all the plates we're spinning, ClickUp is where we'll keep track of everything. You'll make it sing, ensuring tasks, updates, and collabs are all happening in harmony.

 

 

About you

We are looking for a candidate that will be fully committed to work full-time job for our company, that will be responsive and will be available to overlap with PST time zone 8AM-2PM - rest of the hours can be worked during the morning or other time as you prefer.
