Prodigy Media, an established seller in the Amazon US marketplace, is seeking an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to lead and enhance our diverse range of brands. The ideal candidate will manage a team of virtual assistants and should be adept at delegating tasks, making informed decisions, and ensuring task completion. They will also be responsible for bringing innovative strategies from the latest e-commerce trends, masterminds, courses and other resources
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Oversee a team of virtual assistants, ensuring effective delegation, decision-making, and task follow-up. Regularly communicate with the team to monitor progress and address issues.
- Innovative Strategy Development: Stay informed of the latest trends in the e-commerce industry to bring new ideas and strategies to the brand.
- Brand Strategy Execution: Develop comprehensive brand strategies for Amazon products, ensuring brand consistency across all Amazon activities.
- Listing Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize Amazon product listings, utilizing A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators using Analytics Tools such Data Dive and other similar apps in the industry, Google Sheets Essentials is a plus that we will consider greatly. Generate action plan for strategic decisions based on the data.
- Advertising Management: Work closely with the PPC team and create strategies for brand narratives and manage Amazon stores, A+ pages, and Shopify storefronts. Align branding across platforms and adapt strategies based on performance feedback.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure product listings adhere to brand guidelines and address issues related to unauthorized sellers or counterfeit products.
- Customer & Influencer Engagement: Develop partnerships with influencers to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Market Expansion: Explore new product opportunities and avenues for brand expansion.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with freelancers for various projects such as graphic design and video editing projects or any other projects that might be needed.
- Data Management: Confidently work with flat files and category listing reports. Have a strong understanding of all features in Amazon Seller Central.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce and Amazon brand management, including working with a team of VAs.
- Strong data analysis skills and creative thinking.
- Proficient in Data Dive app, Google Sheets, flat files, and category listing reports.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central's features.
- Experience in managing tasks and projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
