In 2022, Toniiq embarked on a mission to revolutionise product transparency in the supplement industry. By providing fully published, traceable third-party testing reports for every batch they produce, Toniiq has raised the bar for accountability and trustworthiness, solidifying its reputation as a leader in the field.
Toniiq is currently seeking a qualified Amazon Brand Analyst to shape the marketing team's focus and strategy through comprehensive data analysis. As a key member of the team, you will closely monitor and analyze a vast array of data points and spreadsheets related to the company’s products and competitors on the Amazon platform. Your expertise in assessing conversion rates, ad spend, pricing, and other relevant metrics will provide valuable insights that drive decision-making processes.
In this role, you will be in charge of:
Living in the data and synthesizing information, you will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities and potential issues. Your keen eye for trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations will enable you to flag important insights to the marketing team. By analyzing the data, you will help the team promptly address challenges and make informed decisions to optimize product performance and enhance overall marketing strategies.
The initial training period will be intensive, spanning two weeks, during which you will receive comprehensive instruction on various aspects of the job. However, it is anticipated that it will take approximately 2-3 months for you to get fully confident in your role. You will collaborate and interact with a dedicated marketing team consisting of two brand managers and a software developer and will be reporting directly to the company's Co-CEOs.
This is a full-time role, and your working hours need to overlap with 9 AM - 1 PM EST, as meetings with a globally distributed team are scheduled during this period.
To excel in this role, you need:
📊 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and analytics
🛒 2-3 years of eCommerce experience
📊 Excel and data manipulation skills
📊 Data visualization and reporting
💡 Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
🚀 Experience using data analysis to aid the growth of a 7-8 figure brand on Amazon
🎯 Experience using data analysis to assist successful product launch campaigns on Amazon
📊 Experience closely monitoring and managing a catalogue of 50+ SKUs
💼 Proven track record in running a fast-paced e-commerce team
🌟 Knowledge and understanding of running seasonal campaigns, coupons, and PEDs
🔬 Experience managing price, image, and content split-tests at scale
💰 Knowledge and understanding of Amazon paid ads (PPC, PDE, etc.)
🏆 Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and initiatives on Amazon
📦 Extensive Amazon Seller Central experience
