Custom Simple Solutions is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing one Amazon account, optimizing listings, managing inventory, launching new products, and improving the rankings of existing products. The company is looking for individuals who are interested in growing within the company and the role, as Custom Simple Solutions is committed to supporting and encouraging the growth of its team members.

Within this role, you will:

  • Drive sales growth through brand registry, A+ content, coupon optimization, and competitor research
  • Optimize product listings using ASIN-level data to identify trends and troubleshoot effectively
  • Oversee product launches, collaborating with teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Manage inventory and shipping efficiency in collaboration with the distribution centre
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Oversee Amazon P&L and develop strategies to increase revenue, conversion rates, and profitability
  • Manage Amazon team and develop sales projections for the leadership team
  • Utilize Helium 10 and Datadive Tools for keyword indexing and ranking optimization
  • Resolve issues with seller central and monitor/manage product fees and categories
  • Collaborate with CEO and establish and track key metrics targets and corrective action plan implementation
  • Conduct experiments to improve product performance and optimize processes
  • Set up and manage deals and promotions
  • Create and optimize product listings, refresh product pages, brand stores, and assets
  • Manage the calendar for all new launches, promotions, and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on e-commerce industry trends and adapt existing campaign strategies
  • Track competition, category trends, and other retail sites to implement growth strategies

While training will be provided, a self-motivated and independent learner is highly encouraged. This is a full-time position, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 2-3 years of Amazon experience
  • Knowledge of Helium 10, Data Dive and Sellerise
  • Understanding of SoStocked and Helloprofit
  • Understanding of ClickUp and Slack
  • Knowledge of Excel and Amazon Flat files

Bonus points for experience with PPC or Shopify!

The ideal candidate is:

  • Self-driven, imaginative & able to think outside the box
  • Able to work independently to solve problems
  • Great at identifying areas of improvement & suggesting improvements
  • Resourceful & good at delegating/outsourcing work
  • Data-driven & skilled with Excel, ClickUp or similar tools
  • Experienced in a leadership role
  • Able to manage several VAs, check work and progress, assign tasks, keep projects/experiments/jobs on track
  • An excellent communicator
