Confucius Marketing, a dynamic and growing advertising agency in a niche sector of online marketing, is seeking a talented and experienced Media Buyer / Affiliate Marketer to join our intimate U.S. team of 10, with an additional 12+ team members outside of the States. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a proven track record in managing successful Facebook Ads campaigns, exceptional copywriting skills, and the ability to juggle multiple ad accounts simultaneously, we want to hear from you!

About the role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective media buying strategies across various platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook Ads.
• Create persuasive ad copies that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
• Manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of virtual assistants to delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Direct a creative team for content creation, ensuring the development of engaging and impactful marketing materials.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Proactiveness in terms of developing new strategies and approaches to various verticals and offer angles.

About you

Requirements:

• Full-time hours (35-40hrs/week) are required for the duration of the training period. Full-time isn't required past training period but is strongly encouraged. You're hours will be up to your own discretion but 35-40hrs per week is suggested for success.
• Proven experience in successfully managing Facebook Ads campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Solid grasp of KPI's to effectively assess the performance and success of ad campaigns.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Availability during U.S. timezones. CST - Central Standard Time zone. 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Monday - Friday.
• Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously, optimizing budgets, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis to drive optimization efforts.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities to manage a team of virtual assistants and collaborate with creative professionals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
• Great communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and results on weekly team calls.

What's in it for you?

We are willing to compensate $15-20 per hour (bi-weekly pay) depending on experience and testing scores. Outside of that, we pay out monthly based on commissions. Commission will start at 5% with room to advance into higher payouts. With this % our beginner buyers have accomplished payouts of $2,500 - $6,000 USD per month in addition to their hourly pay, equating to $30,000 - $72,000 per year in commission payouts.
