We are currently an 10 person operation in the US, and employ a couple dozen more people outside of the States. We have done up to 200m monthly impressions, and average about 60m per month. We design, optimize, and scale campaign funnels including everything from ads, sales pages, websites, and much more. We have continued to scale the business for the past 18 months and have a vision of doing 100M rev / year within the next 3-5 years.

We do not have any equity backing. We own everything and our profits have continued to increase since our inception in December 2014. We're not a traditional startup in the sense that we're backed by PE firm, or other investors, but we have the startup mindset. We focus on the bottom line and getting things done. This means we could care less about your hours worked but more about your total input and how that translates into profits. We believe in commission style compensation, so the better you do, the more you make, regardless of hours worked.
