Are you a high-drive, self-starting sales professional with a passion for real estate? Look no further! Discount Lots is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to join their team with all aspects of their fast-paced and growing business.

Within this role, you will:

  • Keep the team organised and focused
  • Conduct general research and create and organise metrics
  • Act as a liaison between the manager and other teams
  • Create and implement training and onboarding processes for new team members
  • Keep track of team goals and work with different departments to overcome obstacles
  • Provide support to your team and facilitate internal and external communication
  • Manage transactions from start to finish to ensure they close successfully

During the first weeks of the role, you will be trained by the team to learn the ins and outs of how the transactions work, including how to evaluate properties and the systems and processes they use to buy and sell real estate. The goal is to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and contribute to the success of the team.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3-5 years of sales management and project management experience
  • Tech-savvy skills, including experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Slack
  • Ability to be the glue for a team that has traditionally operated with little accountability
  • High drive, a hunter mentality, and a self-starter attitude
  • A process-oriented and outcome-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to independently solve problems

Bonus points for real estate experience.
