I began my professional career serving in the US military, spending most of my time in Bavaria, Germany traveling throughout Europe. After leaving the military, I learned how to get hired for outstanding jobs and eventually stumbled into the recruiting field myself.

After learning the recruiting field as both a candidate and a member, I decided to kick-off my own agency and match the right people with the right companies.
