Remote work as independent contractors is the only way we work at Rate-My-Agent.com. 
We’re a small remote working team, so there’s no bureaucracy or politics. You will be responsible for creating your role and achieving results.

About the role

This job requires you to setup and host video calls with prospects and clients. You're not in a support role for the person doing sales calls, you ARE the person doing the sales calls. You need to have done this before and already know what it takes and want to do a LOT of it. To earn this role, you'll need to demonstrate the initiative and expertise that will be required in the job. Explicitly, how to setup and manage Calendly and integrate it with Google meetings. That's just the start, you also need to demonstrate rapport building on a call, have a structured plan for the call and follow that structure to discover how to provide value to the prospect. It's not about you, it's about the prospect. That means you need to have prepared great questions and listen to the answers to guide how you'll help and earn the sale.

What you will do:

• Call customers and agents who create accounts to welcome them and help them get started. (5 to 10 conversations per day to start.)
• Onboarding video calls with agents. (You’ll need a minimum of 6 hours per day available for this.)
• Figure out how to reach great agents and invite them to join the site, and ultimately subscribe, and tell other agents about it.
• Write and test email campaigns, website articles, and any other required copy.
• Test tactics on multiple platforms.
• Cold emails and messages to team leaders, brokers, and coaches.
• Video calls with your manager and clients.
• Connect with new partners and create new partnerships.
• Give honest feedback to the rest of the team, including being bold enough to tell your manager when they’re wrong.
• Report your plans and progress daily, weekly and monthly.

Where, how, and when are you required to work?

• You can be anywhere in the world as long as you can reliably work on the schedule you commit to. You can take as much unpaid time off as you want as long as it’s coordinated with your manager.
• Schedule: We work in the Pacific Time zone. Your hours will be 8 - 4 Pacific Time.
• You will need a fast, secure, and reliable computer and internet.

• $32,000 CAD annual salary. ($16 CAD per hour.)
• Paid monthly.Eligible for individual and team bonuses that could surpass the salary.
