About the role

Atlas Brands seeks a dynamic and innovative TikTok Growth Manager to spearhead our TikTok marketing growth. As a key leader in our social media division, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and establishing our brand as a category authority in the Oral Health space. You will work directly under our CMO and lead a dedicated team to rapidly grow our TikTok presence primarily through creative content generation and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust TikTok content strategy, including the generation of daily videos through a content creation agency or team.
  2. Blueprints Creation and Scaling: Develop content blueprints / briefs for repeatable success and strategize on scaling content production, including contracting creators and optimizing ad spend.
  3. Influencer Program Management: Define target audience and influencer profiles, manage influencer relationships, and oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  4. Affiliate Program Oversight: Lead the affiliate program, focusing on UGC content, and manage affiliate recruitment and engagement.
  5. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze KPIs such as views, CPM, branded search, Amazon attribution, and engagement metrics to optimize strategy and report on progress.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead the TikTok Support Team in executing management and engagement functions and ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
  7. New Strategy Creation & Testing: Ideate and validate new strategies for content creation and brand growth on social media.
  8. Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work together with other divisions in the company to achieve collective and individual success in areas such as R&D (new product development), Creative and Sales (Amazon, Shopify, Retail).

About you

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management within e-Commerce, with at least 1 year of specific focus on TikTok.
  • Experience building, leading and managing a social media team.
  • Demonstrated success in influencer marketing and content strategy, showing exceptional KPI growth while at the company.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
