Social Media Marketer [CLOSED]

We at Syntax Technologies are looking for enthusiastic Social Media Marketer who want to work in a fast-growing Ed-tech company. The candidate hired for this position will play a vital role in the organization’s growth.As a SMM specialist, the candidate needs to collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram.Researches and monitors activity of company’s competitors. Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Ideate, create and manage social media content
• Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies
• Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
• Monitor postings to ensure brand message
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pages
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn and creating posts for these social media platform
• Planning and executing creative marketing campaigns
• Re-targeting, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing & Push Notifications for up-selling
• Reporting and Data Analytics to monitor and improve the performance of the marketing campaigns.

Desired Skills:

1. Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in social media marketing
2. Good experience in writing creative content copies
3. Excellent written skills
4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
