At Diet vs Disease, we provide online nutrition guidance to individuals with chronic digestive disorders, empowering them to improve their health and well-being with our concierge-level dietitian service.

This is a historically under-served and overlooked patient population within traditional healthcare systems and we are revolutionizing the way these patients are treated and cared for.

Our team of experienced dietitians specializes in digestive diseases and disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, SIBO, and other gastrointestinal disorders. 

We also have psychology professionals and mindset coaches who work with our clients to address the emotional and mental aspects of managing chronic digestive disorders.

Diet vs Disease started in 2019, and we have since grown to a team of 20+ from all around the world, mainly the USA. Our clients are mainly in the USA, followed by Canada and Australia.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing paid ads as well as managing, testing and implementing conversion points in all of our marketing funnels.

Within this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring our sales call calendar is full each day so the sales team have prospects to speak with!
  • Manage and A/B test key conversion points in our marketing funnels, from clickfunnels landing pages, to Typeform call bookings, to email broadcast and email sequences. We have over 200,000 active emails on our list.
  • Increase call booking conversion rates and increase the number of qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Manage and work closely with our Media buyer to ensure that Google ads (including P-max) and Facebook/Instagram ads have new copy and creatives month on month and that performance is improving over time.
  • Manage and work closely with our copywriters to create and test new headlines and landing pages, as well as email broadcasts/sequences
  • Manage and work closely with our Social Media Marketer to generate leads from our Instagram and make sure we are nurturing those leads that are already in our pipeline
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms. Have a clear method for documenting this.
  • Work closely with our messaging and setter team to improve our call-booking process
  • Develop comprehensive data reports that effectively communicate campaign results to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hiring additional marketing team members to work under you when required
  • Evaluate and streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity across marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to team members on tools, systems, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Be autonomous, we do not micromanage.

Within this exciting and dynamic role, you’ll be working fully remotely with a talented and ambitious team of people who love doing what they do. You’ll play an important role within the organization, at the same time contributing to a future where those with digestive diseases get adequate care and support.

During the first few weeks, the team counts on your experience and you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, but you’ll have full support from the CEO.

This is a full-time position, and you’ll need to have a minimum 4 hours of overlap with American teams working within EST time zones.

Ideal start date: July or start of August

About you

To be a successful candidate, you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Facebook and/or Google advertising, with a proven record of success. You will be managing the media buyer who manages them both.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform and optimize campaigns. Must love Google sheets.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and other performance optimization techniques
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing a team of marketers and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Eagerness to take ownership and autonomy; you aspire to grow to a CMO within 1-2 years
  • Proficiency or experience using Wordpress, Clickfunnels, Leadpages, Keap (infusionsoft), Zapier or Trello is highly desirable.
  • Very good understanding of AI marketing tools and automations to maximize efficiency.

This role will play an integral part in growing the business, so it’s important that you’re a self-starter and a team player who can hold yourself and others accountable. You also need to have a positive attitude and get along well with others, as we will be further expanding a digital marketing team around this role.
