Ready to be a driving force behind business growth? As a Sales & Social Media Assistant at SaaS Academy, you'll be the spark that initiates conversations and fuels the company’s sales pipeline. 🚀

This is a full-time and fully-remote role where you’ll be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with a necessary overlap of at least 4 hours with EST time-zone.

Working Hours: 7-3 EST with the possibility of ending your shift earlier.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying candidates for the company’s sales closers
  • Reaching out to hundreds of potential candidates daily
  • Managing the sales pipeline and fostering communication with the sales and Elite teams
  • Engage with hundreds of potential leads daily, starting conversations and qualifying prospects
  • Respond to incoming messages, addressing inquiries and nurturing leads
  • Utilise your critical thinking and sales skills to identify opportunities

Onboarding Process:

Joining SaaS Academy means diving straight into the action. You'll swiftly adapt to their brand and communication guidelines, align with standardised procedures, and contribute to end-of-day reporting.

With guidance, you'll be up and running within a week, fully equipped to take on the role.

Interaction and Reporting:

Reporting to the sales manager, you'll work closely to synchronise efforts and drive results. Your interactions will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales goals.

Initial Weeks:

Your first few weeks will involve hands-on learning as you immerse yourself in the role's core responsibilities. You'll be learning on the go while contributing from day one.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Sales, Marketing, SaaS/Tech Experience: Your background in these realms enriches your insights.
  • Remote Working: You're a pro at remote collaboration, maximising virtual efficiency.
  • Executive Interaction: Your previous experience working with executives adds a layer of finesse.

Necessary Technical Skills:

To succeed, you should come armed with a technical toolkit. From social media savvy encompassing platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, to software mastery of NordVPN, Google Suite, Slack, and communication tools like phone, text, and Zoom.

  • Previous experience with sales: You understand the nuances of sales, driving results with finesse.
