About the company
BlackCard is an innovative, fast-paced Development Agency with a strong focus on Usability and Design. We are growing quickly in our network and looking to expand our team with an experienced Sales Manager, that helps us grow further. BlackCard prides itself in being a Digital Nomad Company with no requirement on location or time zone to work in. Our founders have worked together for nearly 10 years and we designed and built Software for Billion-Euro companies in Germany and the USA.
About the role
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a Sales Strategy, develop a strong network, cold-calling and managing Key Accounts. You will have freedom to test out new strategies in acquiring clients and in how we present ourselves on our website. We are looking for someone who takes the initiative and can work independently. A long-term employment and partnership in the Agency is possible for established team members.
- Developing, and testing sales strategies
- Building out a Network of Clients
- Setting up Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Closing Clients and Finalising Deals
- Managing the Satisfaction of the Client
- Understanding Web & App Development/Design Principles to Upsell Services
- Consult on web presence, including social media
About you
- 4+ years’ experience in Sales
- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Experience in Closing High Ticket Clients (6 figures)
- Experience in setting up a Sales Strategy
- Experience in leading a Sales Team
- Experience in Sales Reporting
- Cold-Calling Experience & Closing of Deals (Sales Funnels)
- English Mandatory
- German Language is a plus
