We are an SEO agency that manages SEO campaigns and content marketing for ecommerce brands and software companies in the United States and Europe such as Citizen Watch, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Goat.com and many, many more global brands.

Currently our team of 18 consists of account managers that work with clients, analysts that support the client work, internal marketing and sales teams in addition to a team that runs internal operations. Our number of clients is constantly growing and we are on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator to join the team and help our President drive the sales process.

We offer continuous SEO and digital marketing training so you can improve your skills and level-up your career. Training includes coaching from a senior marketer, access to conferences and courses, and interacting directly with global brands to make an impact on their strategy.



We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and help the CEO and Sales Manager lead the sales process, keep our pipeline tool and CRM updated and continuously improve process efficiency. This role will be interacting with the Sales Manager on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator will include:

  • Keeping pipeline in CRM updated
  • Identifying qualified leads
  • Calling leads that have expressed an interest in working with us to discuss the next steps, check they're a fit and set appointments
  • Working with Sales Manager on developing new strategies
  • Working with EA to schedule sales calls
  • Taking and organizing notes from sales meetings
  • Following up with sales prospects
  • Making sure that each deal has the next steps planned
  • Preparing and sending contracts
  • Making sure all action items from meetings are completed
  • Making sure all sales prospects are properly nurtured

Work schedule:

  • Full-time position (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
  • Flexible schedule - you manage your own working hours so long as you can work 4 hours across US EST (GMT-5) - Our Office is in Boston, USA


The qualifications of the most suitable candidate:

  • Basic experience of working with CRMs
  • Interest in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Experience running/assisting with operations and/or administration

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with Pipedrive
