About the role

What do you do?

• Oversee conversion rate optimization on our website to increase conversion rate and AOV
• Come up with and test different pre and post-purchase cross-sell/upsell offers to increase our returning customers’ AOV
• Plan promotional calendar and execute on it to increase customer purchase frequency
• Oversee email marketing campaigns to increase customer lifetime value
• Test new retention marketing campaigns
• Work with CEO to develop strategies and marketing experiments to increase customer lifetime value
• Lead retention marketing meetings
• Report on retention marketing performance
• Measure and analyze customer lifetime value metrics
• Find and recruit key employees/freelancers to execute on campaigns that increases customer lifetime value

About you

We need someone who…

• Is strategically minded, seeing the big picture and conceptualizing projects and campaigns that drive higher return customer AOV and increase purchase frequency.
• Understands how important speed is in marketing
• Is confident in communicating with our CEO, project manager, designers, and copywriter to get your projects completed.
• Is comfortable with marketing data and understands how to interpret it to improve marketing campaigns
• Is always on the lookout for new trends
• Is a self-starter and accountable, when given resources & training, can get things done without hand-holding.
• Enjoys learning new things. This is especially important because when you work with us you get access to some of the best digital marketing masterminds.
• Is passionate about digital marketing 
• Has some experience in digital marketing
• Speaks conversational english
• Is motivated to learn on the job
