Project Manager (Long Term) [CLOSED]

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We have many projects going on right now but are short-staffed. Need someone to come in and bring these across the finish line.

As the PM, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving existing projects to completion
• Ideation/research, implementing and completing new projects.
• Handling all communication with team members, both internal as external
• Report on progress weekly

You’ll have a team of professionals that can help with getting the work done, both in-house team members as external staff/teams. The goal is to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules are on track.

Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of the said plans.

Requirements:

• 5+ years working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Advanced time management and analytical skills.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), remote position. Daily work schedule is flexible but need to have at least partial overlap during the workday with the CEO, as he will be your main POC on project details etc.
