We have also expanded and continue to expand our product catalog to include KeyCases, Bolt Action Pens, Knives, Rings, Watches, and we have plenty more in the works!

About the role

You will be responsible for :

Digital Asset Production:

• Create and optimize digital images, banners, product photos, and other visual assets for use on our ecommerce website and various digital marketing channels.
• Experience in designing advertising creative that align with the unique requirements and specifications of various social media advertising channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all digital assets maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all digital assets and email campaigns are error-free and meet design and functional standards.
• Test email campaigns for rendering issues across different email clients and troubleshoot problems as needed.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Retention Team, eCommerce Team, and Paid Social Media team to finalize and iterate on design concepts and ideas for various marketing campaigns.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process to enhance campaign performance and engagement.

Email Design and Production:

• Design visually engaging email templates and layouts for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and transactional emails.
• Develop responsive email designs that render well on a variety of devices and email clients.

About you

Skill Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design in an agency setting or internal creative department 

• Advanced Skill Level in Adobe Creative Cloud - with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator

• Figma experience is required

• Experience with Project Management Tools - Notion preferred, but other tools applicable.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce and paid social platforms (e.g., Shopify, Meta, Twitter)

• At this time, we offer pay on a bi-weekly basis via Wise.com for ease of payment.
• Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
• We offer a “13th-month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during December.
• For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $500 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week.
• During training the first few week's hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 2,000 USD.
• For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!
