Paleovalley is seeking a Paid Social Media Coordinator to play a pivotal role in their Paid Media team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Paid Media Manager, Lauren Croft, to ensure the success and profitability of their paid media campaigns.

In this role, you will:

🚀 Support the Paid Media Manager and Media Buyers when needed.

🖌️ Collaborate with the Creative team to develop captivating ad creatives.

📊 Lead project management for all creative projects and campaigns within the Paid Media Team.

📈 Set up ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

🤝 Coordinate and manage projects with their Amazon agency.

📝 Maintain meeting notes and update Monday.com to keep projects organized.

📊 Monitor weekly and monthly performance reporting.

📧 Manage the paid media inbox and promptly respond to requests and inquiries.

🌟 Facilitate whitelisting requests with influencers.

🗂️ Maintain organization within the Paid Media and Marketing Google Drive.

Onboarding process:

The first three weeks in this role will involve a comprehensive onboarding process, shadowing Lauren as she performs her daily tasks. You'll gain insights into setting up Meta Campaigns, requesting assets from the company’s creative team, and more. Lauren will be your dedicated mentor throughout the training, providing guidance and answering your questions.

You will also receive comprehensive training on Monday.com, the company’s campaign initiation processes, and creative requests. The training program is designed to be completed in 30 days or less, ensuring you're well-prepared to excel in your role.

Working time:

This is a full-time role with Monday to Friday workdays, requiring 8 hours of work per day. To ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with Lauren, at least 4 hours of overlap is needed with the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone. These hours will happen between 9 am-1 pm MST.

In order to succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Project Management.
  • At least 1 year of required experience in Admin/Assistant/Support.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Workspace.
  • 1+ experience with Monday.com or an equivalent project management platform.
  • Organization and Project Management Skills: Ability to maintain order and effectively manage projects.

  • Master Multitasker: You effortlessly juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

Brownie points for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  • Experience with Meta Ads or Similar Ad Platforms.
