Outreach & Link Specialist Needed - Full Time [CLOSED]

We're looking for a mid-level Outreach / Link specialist to come on board and help us take our link-building to the next level.

We are a small business blog in the course creation space. We create a variety of content to help creators launch an online course business and grow it. These include software reviews, product comparisons, how-to guides, and data studies.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of a high-performing team where you’ll work directly with the CEO. In this role, you’ll lead our link-building efforts and work closely with the content team.

You'll be working in operations, project managing our link-building campaigns. You'll work with the content team to create a link plan and then execute it. You will be focusing on outreach campaigns and landing links through broken link building, the skyscraper method, and other unique approaches. You'll also handle our link collaboration efforts and manage the relationship with the link partners.

This is a job where you will be tested. You will need to wear many hats. Deal with pressure. Plan. Prioritize. Think out of the box. Be accountable. And step out of your comfort zone. You're not easily phased and can take constructive feedback.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage our link-building outreach campaigns from start to finish
• Coordinate with the content manager to create a link plan
• Brainstorm and finalize outreach campaign ideas
• Keep track of the competition and decode their link-building strategies
• Create a prospect list and coordinate with the admin assistant to find leads information
• Create email outreach sequences and handle replies and follow-ups
• Create campaign projects in ClickUp, plan out campaigns, and manage deadlines
• Document incoming links and manage the tracker spreadsheets, ensuring all information is up to date
• Create weekly, and monthly link reports
• Warm up email accounts
• Use of various tech tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, ClickUp, Google Sheets, email verifiers (ClearOut, NeverBounce, etc.), CRM (LemList, MailShake, etc.), Linkedin automation (Closely), Jasper, etc.
• Create systems to automate and streamline repetitive tasks to save time and resources
• Manage our partnership network for link collaboration and exchanges.

What we're looking for from you:

• At least one year of experience working in a similar Outreach / Link Building Specialist role
• You have previously managed outreach campaigns and driven tangible results for your company
• You have experience in creating and managing outreach email sequences
• A huge bonus if you have experience in executing PR outreach campaigns
• You can work under pressure to strict deadlines
• You can think out of the box and come up with creative ideas
• Your work ethic is second to none, you're happy to go above and beyond to produce an excellent piece of work. You take pride in the quality of your work
• You're diligent and meticulous in the way you go about doing things, paying attention to the finer details
• You're open to constructive feedback and always looking for ways to improve your systems and processes
• You're good at prioritizing tasks (very important) and planning out client work in an efficient way
• You can work with minimal supervision (we're not the micro-managing type) and are super proactive.
• You have a deep understanding of the field of SEO and particularly link-building, touching topics like anchor text, domain authority, and keyword spread
• An excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken, you've gotta be good.
• You can write exceptionally well. You understand the subtle nuances of the English language
• You have creative problem-solving skills, and you enjoy tackling complex problems and figuring them out
• You're curious by nature, and you love discovering new ways of doing things
• You love using tools and technology to your advantage
• You have an eagerness to learn and develop yourself professionally
• You are available to work full-time hours
