Operations Manager - dropshipping / e-commerce [CLOSED]

Who are we?

We are a fast-paced ecom company that runs multiple dropshipping stores in Europe and in the U.S. Overall, we are selling viral and innovative products to end customers. Originally from Germany, now the whole team lives and works remotely from Europe to Asia. Our workforce consists of 15+ young, smart and ambitious team players.

Why do we need you?

Your mission is to make sure everything in our company is running smoothly - from internal communication, troubleshooting operational issues to ensuring all SOPs are properly followed.

Whom do we search for?

• absolute must is the experience in e-commerce / dropshipping (as a Manager, Operations Manager, CEO / COO)

• knowledge of paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest) and Google Analytics

• ability to analyze data and metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies

• experience creating and implementing SOPs

• strong written communication in english (C1 or higher)

• you're a people person - this position will require a lot of cross-department collaboration, so you need to genuinely enjoy talking to people
