Marketing & Sales Coordinator [CLOSED]

Our fast-growing marketing agency is looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales Coordinator who is a team player, has a can-do attitude, and is excited to move forward in their career in a fast-moving company. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the Editorial Calendar. Our primary content marketing channels include: - Blog posts & newsletters. These go live on Wednesday morning of each week. You’ll coordinate with writers & designers, proof-read the posts, upload to Squarespace and formatting the post, adding in links and images, and setting up email campaigns in Mailchimp. - Youtube videos. You’ll ensure that youtube videos are uploaded each week. This includes uploading, adding keyword tags, editing & uploading transcripts, adding thumbnails, adding video descriptions and links. - Slideshare presentations. You’ll be formatting blog posts or videos into Slideshare presentations. Adding keywords and descriptions to the Slideshare presentations and uploading them. - Social Media management. Draft and schedule posts for social media to promote new and existing content. Schedule these on Hootsuite. - Reporting and Optimization. Liaise with our Marketing Tech Analyst to develop reports on blog posts, newsletter, and social media performance. Use the findings from the reports to improve our topics and posts to meet our objectives (our primary objective is to produce quality sales leads) Sales coordination: - Respond to inbound sales leads via email. This involves researching the company/individual and responding to their inquiry using templates. Note: no outbound/ Lead Gen work is required in this position. - Track inbound leads in a sales pipeline, to show how leads are progressing through the sales process and what action needs to be taken. Work with the Sales Manager to schedule calls, ensure that prospects receive proposals, and other administrative activities. Develop and refine processes & checklists for your assigned responsibilities. Skills & Experience Required - Excellent written english. You must be able to write emails and edit text (and hopefully enjoy doing it, also!) - 2+ years experience in online marketing. You should have a thorough understanding of how content marketing is used to create relevant traffic for a business. - Comfortable with learning new technology & software. In this position you’ll be using Hootsuite, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Gmail plug-ins, Google Drive, and all the social media platforms - High level of personal organization skills - you know how to get things done! - Beneficial: Experience in handling inbound leads via email, or as a Virtual Assistant About the company Bobsled Marketing is a boutique e-commerce agency that helps brands to launch their products on Amazon and grow their online revenue.
