About the role

Pattern is looking for a Lifecycle Associate to provide day-to-day operational support and project management for Pattern Brands properties. This role combines a firm knowledge of the tactical production side of Email & SMS Marketing along with an understanding of each brand’s business to provide support on deadline execution, communication across multiple channels, and to ensure execution of a successful Lifecycle Marketing program

.Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution

  • Create and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling and engaging messaging that aligns with brand voice.

Segmentation and Personalization

  • Segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data to tailor messaging.
  • Utilize dynamic content and personalization techniques to increase engagement and CVR.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Lifecycle Marketing Strategy

  • Contribute to the development of lifecycle marketing strategies that grows customer retention, ROI and LTV.
  • Identify opportunities for targeted campaigns at different stages of the customer journey.

Testing and Optimization

  • Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and timing to maximize results.

Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with legal regulations and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in email and SMS marketing.

About you

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a DTC company (DTC experience is non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience with Klayvio (non-negotiable). Experience with Braze/Iterable a plus, as is experience with Attentive and/or Postscript
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and a keen attention to detail

What's in it for you?

This role is expected to work Monday - Friday, 40hrs per week. Hours must include a minimum of 5hrs cross over with New York (EST) per day. Monthly rate offered ranges from $1800 - $3000 dependent on qualifications and experience levels.
