digitalONDA creates digital strategies and websites for keynote speakers, consultants, best selling authors and corporate entertainers. Our websites are designed to elevate our clients’ speaking and consulting business, build their industry credibility and increase their engagement with potential clients. We were founded by an American Entrepreneur and have been around for 8+ years. We currently have staff in Portugal, Vietnam, Bulgaria, and many more.

We are growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, proactive and full-time Lead Generation & Sales assistant to work remotely.

About this Role:

In this role, the sales executive will generate high quality leads using our existing, proven sales process. The goal is to engage these leads and quickly move them into a discovery phone call with our founder.

Qualifying sales targets involves online research, looking at the target’s website, social media presence and assessing their digital needs.

Our sales process is highly targeted and based on building natural conversation primarily on Linkedin. We are NOT looking to mass message prospects with generic offers (for example, by using programs like Linkedin Helper). We want to provide real and relevant value to each prospect.

Over time, the role will grow from sales assistant into a sales executive will help refine existing our sales processes and expand our outreach by implementing new ways of providing value to target leads. NOTE: we do not cold call leads.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow our proven sales SOPs, document your progress and improve them.

  • Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements. Work with our team to improve lead quality.

  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.

  • Reach out to prospects and maintain engaging, relevant rapport with the goal of booking them on a call with our founder. Implement a follow-up sequence.

  • Track outreach with a CRM software.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline.

  • Improve and expand our existing sales process & create new and repeatable processes that can expand our outreach.

  • Manage our social accounts and start to build a strategy for content to increase visibility and inbound sales.

  • Explore new concepts in sales, summarize and suggest ways we can implement new methods into our sales process.


  • Strong written and verbal skills in English

  • 2+ years of full-time work experience in sales, marketing or customer success

  • Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

  • Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Understands effective marketing and sales workflows

  • Detail oriented, creative, and resourceful

  • Some experience / preference working remotely

Skills that are nice to have:

  • Good understanding of SEO and what drives good positioning in Google

  • Social media savvy with a good understanding of social media strategy and marketing.

  • Interest in learning new skills, helping out our growing team wherever possible.

  • A strong desire to learn and test new sales techniques.
