What Makes This Opportunity Exciting:

Working with GrowthShop means getting hands-on experience with some exciting brands. As a Junior e-CRM Manager, you'll have the chance to work across various brand scopes and contribute your ideas to collaborative projects.

Your main role is to execute and manage the company’s e-CRM systems, allowing their Head of Brand to focus on strategy. You'll bring their email and messaging campaigns to life, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

Your tasks will range from implementing campaigns and flows to conducting A/B tests for optimization. You'll also maintain a portfolio of tools for GrowthShop’s in-house brands, aiming to enhance efficiency and results.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you'll work closely with Growth Managers, Copy & Content, and Design.

Your contribution as a Junior e-CRM Manager will directly impact their daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly brand goals. By enhancing customer engagement and loyalty, you'll play a vital role in achieving remarkable results.

Who You'll Collaborate With:

In this role, you'll work closely with Kat, the company’s Head of Brand + Comms. Your interactions will extend to various departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.

Training and Onboarding:

If you're new to the platforms or brands, don't worry. GrowthShop will provide you with tailored training over 1-2 weeks, ensuring you're well-prepared to excel in your role.

During your initial weeks, you'll delve into the company’s brands, tools, and team dynamics. As you settle in, you'll also take on new tasks that arise, adding diversity and excitement to your role.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule engaging email and SMS campaigns
  • Execute and monitor A/B tests for continual improvement
  • Build and oversee captivating email and SMS flows
