Influencer Marketing Manager [CLOSED]

Our Adventure/hiking brand is looking for an influencer marketing manager.

We have multiple e-commerce stores in the United States, Belgium, and Denmark.
For our hiking product we are looking for an influencer marketing manager to spread our awareness across social media.
Think of product reviews/shoutouts/… via YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Expand the company's social reach across multiple social channels and incorporate thoughtful and well-reasoned plans for each channel.
  
• Select influencers that share the same brand values and that have a natural affinity with our brand
• Engage with influencers and follow up on shipments & content
• Document influencer content
  
• Community management: Engage with social followers to answer questions, prompt discussion, respond to feedback, and uphold the brand voice throughout the social community. (Order questions are not for you, these are for the customer support team)
  
• Influencer management: Communicate directly and manage contracts/payments with influencers to drive awareness and growth on social channels.
  
• Tracking: Define KPI's and track the performance of all influencer campaigns.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and communication in English
• Keen social media user with in-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Know how to do research on influencer selection
• General marketing knowledge
• Ability to communicate with influencers
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
