About the role

As an Inbox Manager, you will be responsible for triaging replies from our blogger outreach campaigns, sending new outreach using our system, bringing some correspondences across the finish line and helping to keep things organized. You will be an integral part of the team and should possess a talent for building relationships, with a strong background in direct marketing and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Triaging replies from blogger outreach campaigns
• Sending new outreach using our system
• Keeping track of your workflow and organizing Airtable spreadsheets
• Actively helping answer blogger questions or proactively pursuing active opportunities
• Suggesting improvements and automation ideas to further improve the process

Requirements:

• Familiarity with link building and outreach
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Ability to adjust communication for different profiles of people
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and experienced in email communication - ideally with link building .
