Hi there, I’m Julian. I’m a Digital Analyst, Technical Marketer, YouTuber, and founder of MeasureSchool.com – the prime destination for Marketers to learn all about Tracking, Analytics, and Marketing Tech. Since 2014 our little site and YouTube channel (160K subscribers) have grown to be an authority for technical-minded and data-driven marketers worldwide. We are ready to take this to the next level and require a (Remote) Growth Marketer.

MeasureSchool is a small (remote) company built by passion and a love for data. This means it is the perfect place to try new ideas, learn a ton by doing, and take over responsibility generally handled by a management team.

The role

As part of your work, you will help to build MeasureSchool, which will include:

• Creating a detailed Marketing Plan
• Building Sales Funnels for various products
• Organizing the marketing for Product Launches
• Optimizing PPC Campaigns
• Reporting on trends and statistics across social media platforms
• Reporting and evaluating important metrics of campaigns
• Setting up long-term marketing strategies and managing freelancers
• Optimizing our YouTube page and videos
• and more…

Requirements

Some of what you will need for this role 💪:

• Full-time availability in a European time zone.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Project management in an agency or startup environment would be highly advantageous.
• Experience working with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday etc).
• Strong business & financial awareness of Key Performance Metrics.
• Exemplary time management.
• Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
• A willingness to fail forward, learn and grow.
