About us

We are Sagashi Labs, an SEO Services company that's beginning to build our own websites. You'd be working on our own websites primarily. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor. As we grow, we'll need more writers, and other folks to support what we're doing. Currently we're a small team, and we rarely have meetings. We like to setup folks to succeed, and then get out of their way. We're based in Australia, Bulgaria, and Canada, and we're looking to build something really cool together!

About the job

We are looking for someone to help us with creating quality long-form articles and video scripts for our revamped content marketing operations. Our goal is to create AAA quality content that is engaging to audiences and provides real value.

This is a full-time remote position, or close to full time, as we are looking for someone who can dedicate all of his or her attention to the task. Candidates must be based in Europe. We are looking to create quality, and quantity, and for that we understand that a creative, engaging and nurturing atmosphere is required! That is what we bring to the table!

Your monthly tasks would include:

• overseeing the development of articles from research to writing & basic editing
• article writing both for our own website properties, as well as guest blogging when needed
• altogether creating about 20k words of quality content per month.

We will provide the content outlines including the focus keyword, general direction of the piece, subjects we want to cover, internal and external links we want to include, and so on. Then it will be up to you to take that, and turn it into a quality researched piece.

We are building affiliate websites on different subjects, mainly in the home furniture, and home care spaces right now.

Our ideal candidate

We are looking for English content creators on a native or near-native proficiency level, who possess an eye for detail and command perfect grammar skills. Experience with working in a remote setting is a must (freelancing, remote teams). On top of that, our ideal writer has:

• a fun, informative and engaging writing style,
• an eye for visual storytelling,
• and is also great at breaking down and explaining complex processes.
• experience using Clearscope
• basic knowledge of SEO best practices for writing (we can train you with this)
• basic design skills
• working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, Google Docs, Google Sheets
• attitude is everything, so we look for folks who are communicative and proactive

Other skills that would be great to have include:

• any knowledge of marketing processes, business development, or a background in data analytics
